Returns and Refunds Policy

I love happy customers so if your item is not as expected please reach out to me. However I gladly accept returns and exchanges if you make contact within 14 days of delivery and items are returned within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations:

I do not accept cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Exclusions:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value ( expect where the item was damaged on arrival).
